Shipping & Returns


  • We offer fast shipping from our warehouses to anywhere in North America.
  • We ship and deliver Monday through Friday except for US Postal holidays.
  • Shipping rates can be calculated on either our shopping cart page or during checkout.
  • We require a street address to ship and cannot ship to post office boxes. In some cases a signature may be required.
  • Some items may ship via common carrier (freight) and may be delivered curbside. We will let you know about this in advance of delivery.
  • Depending on what you order, your shipment may come in more than one box, and more than one delivery. You will receive separate tracking information for  each shipment.
  • We do offer white glove delivery and installation services if you’d prefer a more personalized and hassle-free set up.
  • All orders are screened for fraud before shipping. In rare cases this may delay shipment by an extra business day.
  • If you wish to export your order using a freight forwarding address, please notify us before ordering, and acceptance of the order is at our discretion. We may require additional identity verification.
